Clarity where it matters

Offshore experience.
Applied to your project.

Weather windows, vessel availability, design interfaces and changing scope put pressure on delivery and margin. We understand how those pressures connect.

We work alongside your team to identify risks, strengthen project controls and resolve issues early. We bring the contract, programme and commercial position together so your team can make informed decisions.

The expertise
your project needs.

Review the commitment, keep delivery on course and resolve outstanding issues. Support for each stage of your project.

01 / Before you commit

Tender reviews

Review scope, interfaces, programme assumptions and contract terms before you commit.

Commercial review

Review margin, cash flow, outstanding changes and exposure to time and cost risk.

Strategy

Agree a practical approach to negotiation, delivery or recovery.

02 / During delivery

Contract management

Keep obligations, notices, changes and records under control throughout delivery.

Oversight

Check progress and forecasts, challenge assumptions and flag emerging risks.

Project turnaround

Identify what is holding delivery back and build a practical recovery plan.

03 / Resolution and close-out

Delay & EOT

Analyse delay, assess entitlement to an extension of time and explain the effects on cost.

Dispute management

Build a clear, evidenced position using commercial, delay, quantum and technical analysis.

Final accounts

Reconcile changes, assess outstanding entitlement and support agreement of the final account.

International experience

Offshore knowledge.
International experience.

Experience across the UK, Europe and Taiwan, applied to your contract and project.

Selected assignments. Project and client names are withheld.

Selected assignments

Selected offshore wind
& interconnector work.

Four major wind-farm assignments show our experience with foundations, cables and electrical infrastructure. Interconnector work adds experience of marine installation and onshore interfaces.

Selected assignments and experience from our specialists’ previous roles. Each example describes a distinct assignment; client and project identities remain confidential.

01 / Offshore wind

Foundation installation

An EPCI package spanning foundation design, fabrication, transport and installation.

Work undertaken

Programme and causation analysis examined ground information, design interfaces and vessel windows. Baselines, progress updates and project records supported preparation of an extension-of-time and prolongation claim.

Planning · delay analysis · claims

02 / Offshore wind

Array cables & foundation handovers

Cable installation across a large turbine array, including links to offshore substations.

Work undertaken

Baseline, progress and handover records were compared to assess changing access dates and installation sequences. The work supported extension-of-time submissions and assessment of installation and payment milestones.

03 / Offshore wind

Array & export cable campaigns

A phased installation campaign covering array connections, export cables and shore interfaces.

Work undertaken

Programme analysis, vessel deployment records and daily reports were used to examine access, seabed preparation and campaign changes. Event chronologies and supporting records informed the preparation of time and cost claims.

Delay analysis · records review · claims strategy

04 / Offshore wind

Electrical substation delivery

A package spanning design, manufacture, equipment installation and commissioning.

Work undertaken

Programme logic, sequencing, progress reporting and forecasts were reviewed. Rescheduling showed how recorded progress affected key milestones and whether the planned sequence was achievable.

Programme scrutiny · oversight · forecast review

05 / Interconnectors

Converter-station interfaces

Building works at a major HVDC converter station, with linked design, procurement and construction activities.

Work undertaken

Supporting analysis for an independent delay report examined successive programmes and project records. It traced design and specification issues through the critical path and handover forecast.

Delay analysis · interface review · expert support

06 / Interconnectors

Marine installation contracts

Offshore installation delivered through specialist subcontract and consortium arrangements.

Work undertaken

Pre-execution review and negotiation, followed by contract administration in delivery. Work included change assessment, notices and variation proposals, alongside consortium decision-making and approval controls.
